Technical details

The ERGObrass is formed of four different parts: the stainless steel plate attached smoothly to the horn, the support rod with spring mechanism and a hook to lock the head in the place, the black chair tube covered by plastic coating and with a rubber band; and the belt pocket. The structure of the ERGO brass has been designed to be as simple as possible, yet not giving any restrictions or limitations on the players personal movements.

A stainless plate is fitted and tightened with four plastic bands, rubber and soft cushion to protect the surface of your instrument. You can attach it either lower or higher as shown in photos above.   The support rod is a stainless steel bar about 400 mm long and 7 mm thick. It has a special rounded head to be placed in the hole of the stainless plate. In the disclock there is also a spring, so the horn floats comfortably on top of it and can be lifted or lowered with a minimum of power.

When not playing, you can place your horn on your knee or on the floor and lift it back to the playing position in just seconds.
